More to see in Victoria, although Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor were fun several years ago.
Was just in Victoria a couple weeks ago and the gardens are a must see. Several options for lunch. Admission is $23 and well worth it. Allow about 2.5 hours plus lunch time.
You used to be able to stay overnight at Roche Harbor in cabins near the end of the runway. There was also a great resturant at the harbor. Not sure if it is all still there though. Check it out.
