New PPL here. 170 hours total, with 35 in my Tri Pacer. I LOVE this old bird, and her name is “Red”. I hope to learn and maybe meet some folks here.

  • I have friends with two tri-pacers. If you need anyone to bump things off of, please let me know and I'll connect you.

  • A 1957 PA22-150.

  • Seconding Doc Griff’s motion. I’m based in Worcester. Guessing you’re west?

  • Yes sir! I’m based at 0B5 Turners Falls. My friend Fred Fraini is at Worcester. Has the most expensive old 172 I’ve ever seen. 😉

  • I'll bet I've met Fred; there are quite a few pilots on the field with lots of pride of ownership. My immediate hangar neighbor recently installed one of everything Garmin makes in his 50s-era 170. Bob
