Cherokee 140 Newbie

  • Hi Scott welcome to the forum. Looks like another nice cruiser. It's almost comical it looks like all the very early 140s are coming out of the woodwork. I didn't think you were that many still for sale. Look forward to seeing more Carl

  • Welcome from another new guy with a recently purchased 1966 Cherokee.

    Nice plane!

  • Hi Scott,

Beautiful 140! Tell us more! Don't be a stranger. Where are you based? What type of flying do you do? How is it equipped? Any plans for upgrades or just enjoying the view out the window?

    Regards,

    Mike

  • Based out of Marion , Iowa. Currently in training, plan on updating the flight deck when funds and schedule allow. Flys real nice ,very responsive compared to the Cessna i started in. Low airframe hours .

  • Thanks for the update Scott! Enjoy the training, and don't be in a hurry to make major changes. Those dollars go a long way toward fuel and long cross country adventures. Even after spending large sums on panel upgrades, the view out the window never changes 😉
