160hp to 180hp 140?

Does anyone know where I can get some information or stc to put the 180hp on a cherokee 140? I know we have discussed this but I'm looking for phone numbers/websites. Thanks.

    Barbra williams has this STC, but to my knowledge, nobody has been able to contact them for quite some time. If you look on the FAA's STC database, you will find a couple of guys that have put in a o360 in their 140. Perhaps you could contact them and get some information from them.

    None that have worked. The numbers I have tried, have all come to no avail, and I also tried the local FSDO, hoping for a forwarding number or address, but they did not have any other information either.
