The STC Group announced that the next STCs for the installation kit of the non-TSO’ d Trio Pro Pilot digital autopilot will be for Piper PA-24, 30, 32 and 39 aircraft. All are in active development and expect to be STC’d this fall.

The full-featured Trio Pro Pilot autopilot brings a robust set of two axis autopilot features to the legacy fl eet at an affordable price. The two-axis Pro Pilot model utilizes roll and autotrim pitch servos to provide precise horizontal and vertical navigation capabilities. Altitude control includes climb and descent functions with altitude pre-select. Vertical navigation can be flown at pilot-selected speeds.
