The PA-32 Owners and Pilots group, which is primarily a Facebook Group, is holding its second annual Memphis Fly-In from May 20-22, 2022. More than 100 planes and their pilots are expected. You can learn more at pa-32.com.

Last year’s inaugural event had almost 90 airplanes despite very IFR weather. This year’s event will again include numerous sponsors led by Piper (yes, the Piper Aircraft, which is sponsoring a barbecue and bringing a new plane). There are also numerous big prize donations for a charity raffle.

The event is run by a team of volunteers, led by chairman Troy Kornacki (1977 Lance). Gary Reeves of PilotSafety.org headlines a group of speakers. “Anybody’s welcome to fly in,” Kornacki said. “We have pilots coming in with Arrows.”

Piper Owner Society is a sponsor of the event.
